Connecting Devices to Your Airstream Wi-Fi Network
Getting Started
1. Download the Airstream Connected app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create a user account. Only one account can be paired to your Airstream at a time, however, you may use multiple devices with the same account.
3. Follow the pairing process in the app to connect to your Airstream Connected hardware. The sticker containing the QR code is on top of your router and at the end of this document. Do not remove this label as you will need it to re-pair the trailer if necessary.
Signing Up for 4G LTE Service
Once you’ve created an account and paired to your Airstream Connected hardware, you can sign up for 4G LTE data by clicking the “More” button, then selecting “AT&T Data Plan Signup”. Click “Get Your Pass” and follow the instructions to sign up for service. Your IMEI and ICCID are located on your router and at the end of this guide.
Locate
Press the “Locate” button to keep tabs on your Airstream and get directions back to it. Selecting “Directions to my vehicle” will open your phone’s preferred mapping program to get you back to your Airstream.
Checklists
Press the “Checklist” icon to access specially designed checklists to give you peace of mind before you hit the open road or before you set up camp.
Connecting Devices to Your Airstream Wi-Fi Network
1. Locate the name and password of the Wi-Fi network created by your Airstream by using the Airstream app. In the app, click “More” on the bottom right to see the name and password of your Airstream’s Wi-Fi network.
2. On the device you want to connect to your Airstream Wi-Fi, open the wireless network settings and enter the network name and password from your Airstream app.
