You can view the router settings from the app by going to the "More" tab in the bottom right corner.
Tap "Primary Network" under the "Connectivity" section. From there, you can view the network name and password required to connect to your router and change it by tapping "Edit" on the page header.
You can also view the status of the router, such as whether the router is connected to Cellular or Campground Wi-Fi.
Selecting Wi-Fi will present a page where Campground Wi-Fi networks can be managed. Toggle the Wi-Fi antenna on/off and select which networks you would like your router to connect to.
Note: If you have toggled the Wi-Fi antenna "On" and are connected to a Campground Wi-Fi network, the router will prioritize the Wi-Fi connection over Cellular. If you would like to use the Cellular connection while at a campground, we recommend disconnecting from Campground Wi-Fi or toggling the Wi-Fi antenna "Off".
Your Peplink router automatically broadcasts a Guest network, allowing you to provide visitors with an internet connection without exposing any personal devices you have on your network. You can manage Guest Network settings from this section of the app well.
Note: Please DO NOT factory reset the onboard Peplink router in an attempt retrieve the admin information. A factory reset will prevent you from connecting to the router via the app. For Airstream Smart Control users, resetting the router may also interfere with the ability to control and/or monitor your Airstream via the smartphone app.
This information is relevant for both the Airstream Smart Control App and the Airstream Connected App. (Airstream MY 2019-2024 Classics and Airstream Pottery Barn models}
