Most SIM card activations take between15 minutes and four hours. After 15 minutes, if the cellular internet is not connected, try these steps:
- Before inserting your SIM card, make sure it’s activated before installing
- If the SIM card is active and installed properly, contact your wireless carrier’s customer support team for assistance
- If your wireless carrier’s customer support team says that it’s active and transmitting, contact Airstream Customer Support for assistance
