I would like to see my Airstream while it is being built. Am I able to do this during a factory tour?
For the safety of our customers, we are unable to accommodate requests to see a specific Airstream being built. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I be able to tour different Airstream models while visiting the factory?
For the safety of our visitors, we are unable to view each model while on the factory floor. To schedule a walk-through of a specific model, please contact your nearest Airstream dealership >
Is the plant tour available every day of the week?
Airstream plant tours are not available during the weekends. Please check the schedule and make your reservations to ensure the tour is available.
Please note: Due to our production schedule, full production may not be running during our Friday tours.
How long is the factory tour?
The full Airstream factory tour takes approximately 1 hour.
Does the factory tour include the Heritage Center?
No, but we encourage visitors to visit the Heritage Center either before or after the factory tour. For more information on the Heritage Center visit: https://www.airstream.com/heritage-center/
What should I wear?
For the safety of our customers, closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend comfortable shoes for walking. The factory tour is wheelchair accessible. Safety gear will be provided.
When should I arrive if I plan to take the tour?
Visitors should plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before their scheduled tour time.
How can I schedule a group tour?
